Pure Mechanical delivered a full mechanical fit out, which included:

• Multiple floor VRF ( Variable Refrigerant Flow) air conditioning system.
• Heat recovery and ventilation systems
• Fire/ smoke dampers including control system
• Gas system including leak detection
• Plumbing works including boiler room and full sanitary package
