Our works ensure a controlled internal environment for both staff and customers, while supporting the specialist requirements of a modern butcher setting.
The scope of work included:
full mechanical installation including
o VRF air conditioning system, a highly energy-efficient heating and cooling system that uses variable refrigerant flow to provide individual temperature control to multiple rooms or single zones from a single outdoor unit.
o packaged heat recovery AHU, a ventilation unit that supplies fresh air while recovering heat from extracted air to improve energy efficiency and indoor air quality.
o general ventilation, a system designed to supply fresh air and remove stale air, heat, moisture and pollutants to maintain a healthy and comfortable indoor unit.
o installation of motorised fire smoke dampers, including a control system to prevent the spread of smoke and flames.
o plumbing works including cold and hot water supplies and waste pipework
