Known for its exceptional seafood and elegant interiors, Sole offers a five-star dining experience that demands precision in every detail, from kitchen performance to customer comfort.

This project gave our team the opportunity to combine technical expertise with bespoke design, creating a mechanical installation that supports high-volume culinary operations, ensures strict compliance with food and safety standards and maintains energy efficiency without compromising aesthetics.

The scope of work included:

  • Bespoke Capture Vent kitchen canopies for superior extraction and airflow management
  • Extraction and fresh air systems serving the ground floor and basement, fully integrated with advanced control systems
