Situated along the sceniccoast of Newcastle, Co. Down, the hotel’s culinary operations demand highperformance, efficiency, and compliance, all of which were addressed with ourbespoke installation.

The blast chill system was engineered to meet HACCP foodsafety standards, enabling rapid temperature reduction to preserve freshnessand texture across high-volume service. Integrated into the existing kitchenlayout, the solution features high-capacity chillers, stainless steel finishes,programmable controls, and temperature monitoring, all designed to streamlineoperations while supporting the hotel’s five-star standard. Every component wascustom-designed to match the unique needs of this landmark hospitalitydestination.
