Serving members for more than 55 years, Public Service Credit Union is one of Ireland's leading credit unions. Through this refurbishment project, contemporary workspaces and member areas have been created, blending modern design with the character of this prominent city-centre building.

VRF air conditioning system, a highly energy-efficient heating and cooling system that uses variable refrigerant flow to provide individual temperature control to multiple rooms or single zones from a single outdoor unit.
packaged heat recovery AHU, a ventilation unit that supplies fresh air while recovering heat from extracted air to improve energy efficiency and indoor air quality.
Installation of 2kW electronic radiators, electrical control, MCC panel controls
