Island Extraction Canopy

The central cooking area features a stainless steel island canopy with grease filters and integrated lighting. Positioned above the cooking equipment, the canopy provides a collection point for cooking fumes and grease-laden air.

An island arrangement allows staff to work on either side of the cooking line. Coordinating canopy coverage with the equipment layout supports effective capture while preserving access for preparation, cooking and cleaning.

Stainless Steel Kitchen Service Wall

The service wall runs through the central cooking area, bringing equipment connections together within a fabricated stainless steel structure. Accessible panels provide a route to the services housed inside.

For contractors, a coordinated service wall helps organise the interface between kitchen equipment and building services. For operators, it keeps connections arranged around the cooking line and provides access for future maintenance.

Equipment Isolation and Ventilation Controls

The installation includes clearly positioned equipment isolation switches alongside Pure Vent controls labelled for extract and fresh air. These bring key operating controls within reach of the kitchen team.

Accessible isolation points allow individual equipment supplies to be switched off when required. Separate ventilation controls provide a practical way to adjust the kitchen’s extract and fresh-air operation.

Kitchen Extract and Fresh-Air Equipment

The photographs also show rooftop ventilation equipment and associated ductwork. Kitchen ventilation combines extraction from the cooking area with replacement air to support airflow through the workspace.

For a foodhall kitchen, coordinating these elements is important to managing cooking fumes, heat and staff comfort. The complete arrangement must suit the cooking equipment, canopy and building layout.

Preparation Tables, Shelving and Equipment Stands

Stainless steel preparation furniture and equipment stands make use of the space around the central cooking line. Worktops provide dedicated preparation areas, while shelving and lower storage keep essentials close to hand.

Fabrication tailored to the kitchen layout helps accommodate equipment and working clearances. Durable, accessible surfaces also support the regular cleaning routines of a busy food preparation environment.
