Clean room installation

  • Precision-engineered clean room environments designed to meet ISO and GMP standards, with controlled temperature, humidity, and particulate levels

Runs Standby Refrigeration – Chill and Freezer Equipment (-25°C)

  • Dedicated standby refrigeration systems to maintain critical chill and freezer temperatures down to -25°C during primary system downtime or maintenance
  • Includes installation of backup condensing units, evaporators, automatic switchover controls, temperature monitoring, and alarm systems to ensure continuous operation and product integrity in temperature-sensitive environments
  • Bespoke alarm system with temperature logging with remote access
  • Custom-designed alarm and monitoring system providing real-time temperature logging, alerts, and data tracking for critical environments
  • The system includes integrated sensors, programmable control panels, cloud-based remote access, automated notifications (SMS/email), and compliance-ready reporting to ensure complete visibility, traceability, and rapid response to temperature deviations.

Custom Design of all the above systems

  • Complete mechanical fit-out solution custom-designed for the project
  • Integration of digitalised technology and innovation into mechanical services
  • Collaborative design approach to optimise space, efficiency, and user experience.
