Pure Engineering Group, collaborated with French Revolutions Éclairs, Dublin's premier artisanal éclair bakery, to deliver bespoke climate control and ventilation systems to their production facility. Our scope of work ensured their high-quality pastries are crafted in aperfectly controlled environment, meeting both hyigene and comfort standards.

The full mechanical fit-out includes:

Insulated walk-in chill rooms using thick (80-100mm) high-grade insulation panels. These temperature-controlled rooms feature energy-efficent Danfoss system with smart digitial controllers paired with Kelvion advanced evaporator technology-all properly connected with the necessary pipes, wiring and mounting hardware to ensure reliable operation.
An air extraction system for the toilets that automatically removes odours and moisture.
