The Key Features included:

  • 30x30x1.2mm welded box profile frame- was fabricated to provide a rigid structural base for the bar counter, ensuring long-term durability and load-bearing strength suitable for a high-traffic hospitality environment.
  • Adjustable flange/ bullet feet- were incorporated into the fabrication to allow precise levelling during installation, ensuring stability on uneven flooring and compliance with commercial fit-out standards.
  • 1.5mm 304 worktops- were fabricated to provide a hygienic, corrosion-resistant and hard-wearing surface, ideal for food and beverage preparation in demanding commercial environments.
  • Anti-drip profile- as integrated into the workshop fabrication to prevent liquids running down the front of the counter, improving hygiene control and reducing cleaning requirements in busy service periods.
  • Cocktail station (fully insulated ice well with clip-off speed rail)- The bespoke fabricated cocktail station incorporates a fully insulated ice well to maintain temperature control, along with a clip-off speed rail designed to provide bartenders with efficient access to high-use bottles during peak service.
  • with removable drip trays and waste drain underneath- installed with an integrated waste drainage system beneath, allowing excess liquids to be easily collected and removed to support efficient bar maintenance and hygiene standards.
  • Drop-in jug riser- was fabricated into the counter design to provide organised storage for bar equipment and glassware, improving workflow efficiency for staff operating in a high-volume service environment.
  • Welded sink bowls, including waste- the sink bowls are fully welded into the stainless steel to create a seamless and hygienic finish, with integrated waste outlets allowing efficient drainage and easy cleaning.
  • Sink aprons- were included to provide additional splash protection around the sink areas, supporting hygiene control and protecting surrounding surfaces.
  • Python routing cut out- A precision cut out was incorporated into the counter to allow routing of the Python line system, ensuring safe and organised installation of beverage dispensing pipework.
  • Removable drip trays on the counter- additional removable trays were fabricated into the counter surface to collect liquid overflow during service, allowing for easy removal and cleaning while maintaining a tidy workspace.
  • Racks of basket rails with removable lower drip trays- basket rail racks were installed to securely hold glass baskets and bar equipment, with removable lower drip trays to capture excess water and maintain hygiene standards in the service area.
