Pure Engineering Group Celebrates Success at the Family Business Awards

The Pure Engineering Group team attended the Family Business Awards at the prestigious Johnston Estate, for an evening dedicated to celebrating family-owned businesses from across Ireland.

While the team visited The Johnston Estate on many occasions as one of our high end clients, the visit was a very different experience. From the impressive arrival through the grounds to elegant interiors and carefully curated event set up.

The awards brought together businesses from every province, creating a full room and vibrant atmosphere. Guests enjoyed a three course gourmet dinner while the event was hosted by Matt Cooper, who presented a total of 27 awards throughout the night.

As the Ulster category was announced, anticipation built while the shortlisted companies were read out, until Pure Engineering Group was named winner of Ulster Best Small Family Business of the Year. Director Padraig Mallon, alongside General Manager Charlotte Magennis, Marketing and Communications Executive Lauren Travers, and Accounting Technician Lauren O'Neill, proudly accepted the award on behalf of the wider team.

Bringing this award back to Newry is something we are immensely proud of. It reflects not only the strength of the business but the people behind it, and we look forward to continuing to build on this success in years to come.
