Open Interview Evening

Pure Engineering Group was delighted to host an Open Interview Evening for students who expressed an interest in our company during the #Big Apprenticeship Event at Southern Regional College (SRC).

The evening welcomed a strong turnout, with many familiar faces in attendance. It was a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with students and gain a deeper understanding of their ambitions, interests, and career aspirations within the engineering industry.

Throughout the event, each student was given a guided tour of our facilities, offering a first-hand look at our operations, technologies, and working environment. Following this, students took part in one-to-one interviews with a Head of Department aligned to their chosen course of study. This personalised approach allowed for meaningful conversations, helping students to better understand the potential career pathways available to them at Pure Engineering Group.

The calibre of students we met on the night was truly outstanding. Their enthusiasm, professionalism, and commitment to developing their skills highlighted exactly why competition for Higher Level Apprenticeships continues to grow year on year.

Events like this are an important part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the next generation of engineers. By engaging directly with students, we aim to provide valuable insights, real-world experience, and clear pathways into rewarding careers within the industry.
