Charlotte Marks 10 Years at Pure Engineering and Appointed Operations Manager

In May 2015, Charlotte Magennis joined Pure Engineering Group as an admin assistant. Over the past decade, she has developed within the company through numerous roles, demonstrating remarkable adaptability and commitment. Early on, Charlotte took over management of the Service Department, a core part of the business, quickly mastering the complexities of the role and building strong relationships with clients.

Recognising an opportunity in the market, Charlotte was instrumental in developing Pure Engineering’s Maintenance Department — building it from the ground up and introducing clients to maintenance packages that have become a key part of our offering.

In 2017, Charlotte transitioned into the Accounts Department, applying her business and accounting knowledge to support the financial health of the company. Alongside managing accounts, she took on additional responsibilities including social media, HR, and overseeing service and maintenance operations.

With the company’s growth accelerating, including the move to our new Carnbane headquarters in 2023, Charlotte has played a vital role in streamlining processes and maintaining high standards within the accounts team.

In recognition of her extensive experience and deep understanding of the business, Charlotte was recently appointed Operations Manager. In this key leadership role, she oversees the daily operations of Pure Engineering, helping to drive continued growth and success.

Charlotte reflects on her journey:
